Sushi
A selection would of assorted nigiri such as:
tuna, salmon, shrimp and crab and rolls such as
California, vegetarian and spicy tuna server
with Fresh pickled Ginger, wasabi and soy sauce.
Steamed Asian Dumplings
Bite sized pockets of vegetarian dumplings
steamed and served in Chinese soup spoons. They
are drizzled with a sweet soy glaze and eaten
like a shooter.

Station 1 – Roast Beef Carving Station
Fresh Herbed Peppercorn Crusted Beef Tenderloin
Our beef tenderloin is infused with herbs and
spices, crusted with peppercorns and drizzled
with a balsamic glaze, then carved on the
diagonal. The beef is served with Portobello
Merlot au jus, horseradish and a selection of
mustards such as: Dijon, Grainy Dijon and
Tarragon mustard and accompanied by an
assortment of freshly baked slider buns so that
guests can customize their own mini sandwiches.

Station 2 – Pasta Station
Fresh Ravioli
Fresh ricotta stuffed ravioli is tossed in olive
oil with garlic, basil, baby spinach and walnuts
garnished with chards of Asiago cheese.
Bow Tie Noodles
Cooked in your choice of our home made tomato
sauce, herbed cream sauce or combined as a rosé
sauce. Served with your choice of smoked chicken
breast, jumbo shrimp, sundried tomatoes, roasted
red peppers, grilled eggplant, fresh zucchini,
crisp asparagus, black olives, and Romano
cheese.

Station 3 – Gourmet Ice-Cream Station
Your guests will be able to indulge themselves
by creating their own gourmet sundaes. Choices
of ice cream will include vanilla bean, mango,
pistachio, and berry yogurt.
Toppings such as fresh juicy strawberries,
blueberries, black berries, maraschino cherries,
white chocolate shavings, Flake chocolate,
toasted almonds, pistachios, coconut, raspberry
coulis, chocolate sauce and gourmet butter
wafers.
